Thank you for choosing ZAHN Studio to nurture your child’s creative passion.
It is a privilege to offer young artists the opportunity to learn and explore various art
mediums. This process allows them to play, discover, master different techniques, and
develop their own unique style in their artwork.

How do the classes work?

• There are 7 classes per term, in line with the Western Cape Education Department (WCED) school calendar.

• Each class lasts 1 hour. It is important to PLEASE be punctual when dropping off and picking up your
  child.

• If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you may attend a make-up class during another class time.

Please note: Make-up classes are subject to availability in other classes. If no suitable space is available, the missed class will unfortunately be forfeited.

If unforeseen circumstances arise and your class cannot take place, it will be rescheduled.

Fees

• Reg Fee per year: R370

• Per Term: R1560

An invoice will be emailed on the first day of each Term. Please make payment upon receipt of the invoice.

Your account must be settled by the end of each term. If payment is outstanding, you will not be able to attend classes until your account is up to date. If you can't make one payment you can arrange to do 2 payments

Optional Extras

- A1 Portfolio Folder: We recommend purchasing an A1 portfolio folder from PNA or Ribbons to safely store your child's artwork throughout the year, particularly in preparation for the Eisteddfod.

- Eisteddfod Entry Fees: Entry fees for the Eisteddfod are charged separately. Certificates will be sent to the school and presented to learners during the school assembly.
